2 Easy Boho Winter Looks

Winter months=cold weather=bundling up= limited fashion options. Yours truly is a big fan of boho fashion and wanted to create a simple fun look to spruce up your winter wardrobe. February is here and we are experiencing cool temps, but more SUN! These sunny vibes really inspired this fun and affordable look!

This look is super easy and all pieces are very affordable. I actually paired this outfit with an edgy red moto jacket, but chose to freeze in the polar vortex without it for these pictures… not my brightest idea.

The hat was a great clearance shop find at Tilly’s.com. I purchased this hat for around $15!The black embroidered jumpsuit is from forever21.com and was $18. I am wearing a size small. For shoes, I am wearing brown suede booties. These shoes really tied the entire look together.

Let’s have a look at outfit #2!

I wore this little number to Restaurant Week in Bethlehem, PA. My aunt, cousin, mom and I had a wonderful day full of sangria, vintage shopping and laughter. This look is a combination of summer and winter, to create a boho chic vibe.

The tie top is from tillys.com, and while this specific top is no longer available, there are quite a few similar options in the clearance section. I paired this top with a black tank, my famous black high waisted Old Navy jeans, and my favorite suede diva boots from Target! Yes, target! These plum boots really tied in nicely with the plum flower details on my blouse.

Here are some tips for rocking Boho fashion in the winter months:

  • Find some Jumpsuits- These are super in right now and are very easy to wear (it is one piece that makes an entire look!)
  • Embroidery/Flowers- I am a big fan of embroidery as it adds some boho feels to an outfit. Flowers can definitely brighten up these winter months, just be careful that you’re not rocking a full on floral look (it’s not spring yet!)
  • Neutrals- The brown in my hat and my suede shoes really tie together the boho look. If I did not include the hat, and wore the moto jacket with the jumpsuit, this outfit would have been much edgier.
  • Clearance/Sale Racks- Shop them! Chances are you can find some pretty decent deals on sweaters and even some summer pieces that can really tie your looks together.
