I realized my love for the advertising and marketing industry while working for Chandelier Creative. As a paid style blogger, Claire’s would send accessories and clothing to my house. It was my job to post daily blog entries and show potential consumers how these products could be styled.

Freshman Year of College
During my winter break, I entered the Big Apple and interned for a modeling agency on Park Ave. I learned what it was like to work in a professional office setting and how to interact with models and clients. I utilized software to market and match models and clients.

Sophomore Year of College
As a member of the Red Bull Wings Team, I learned a great deal about field marketing and teamwork. The promotional marketing team and I would sample products at various sporting events, offices, and college campuses.
Disney College Program Cast Member
Junior Year of College
After being accepted as Disney College Program participant, I decided to audition in NYC for a chance to be in the entertainment department. I was casted as a character performer! I learned how this large company makes each experience magical for every guest, and had the opportunity to meet guests from around the world. The experiences I had with the Make a Wish Foundation are ones I will never forget. While working in Disney, I graduated from the Creativity and Innovation course and the Advanced Hospitality Management course at Disney University.
Brand Ambassador for Bai Brands & Power Crunch
Senior Year of College
As a brand ambassador for Bai brands, I furthered my interpersonal communication skills as well as my field marketing abilities. I learned how to market products to various ages and demographics. As a health and fitness enthusiast myself, I learned more about the health and food industry. At various events, I met with celebrity fans and used my outgoing personality to reach out to potential consumers. I had the opportunity to learn about a growing company from Princeton NJ, and what it takes to become successful in the business world. As a Lifestyle sampler for Power Crunch, I furthered my knowledge on field marketing. I continued to use my interpersonal communication skills while promoting a healthy wafer cookie bar. I worked with a team throughout NJ at retail locations during in-store demos and at various sports/fitness events.
Area Marketing Manager NJ for Power Crunch
As the Area Marketing Manager NJ for Power Crunch, I managed a team of over 10 lifestyle samplers. I seek sponsorship opportunities, plan events, and facilitate field marketing our protein energy bars. I work with my counterparts in sales and as a manager on the nationwide marketing team. Additionally, I hire and train new lifestyle samplers. I also plan events and gather donations for the Boys & Girls Club. From this position, I am learning a great deal about interpersonal relationships through networking, marketing management, and human resources.
Marketing Operations Manager NJ/Philadelphia
As Marketing Operations Manager for NJ and Philadelphia at Power Crunch, I oversee the NJ and Philly Lifestyle Samplers. In addition to monitoring payroll and expenses, I recruit, train, and hire lifestyle samplers. I apply my personal experience in the field to make work fun for my employees. I host monthly team training and quarterly team bonding with my NJ and Philly teams. Additionally, I execute events at the Boys & Girls Club in Jersey City and Philadelphia. With these activations, I encourage children to live active healthy lifestyles. Above, there is a photo of my central jersey team and myself catching up over some acai bowls.
Marketing Operations Manager New Jersey Market
As Marketing Operations Manager for New Jersey, I oversee the growing New Jersey Team of 15 lifestyle samplers. I handle Human Resources tasks such as monitoring payroll and expense reports, hiring and training new samplers, and scheduling the team. I manage inventory at three storage units throughout New Jersey and I work alongside my sales counterpart to schedule and plan in-store demos. I continue to create a fun and exciting work experience for my sampling team by creating employee incentives, holding team bonding activities, and hosting bi- weekly conference calls. Additionally, my coworkers and I organize events at the Boys & Girls Club. We create fun activities and promote an active, healthy lifestyle at these activations. I developed a great relationship with my lifestyle samplers and strive to make Power Crunch a great place for my team to work.
