BWB Challenge

I have done many fitness/wellness challenges in the past throughout many seasons of the year and greatly enjoy them. This year, I made my own January challenge. I actually started pieces of this challenge throughout 2023 and decided to compile these components and set some goals that work for me and my schedule. I started my own BWB challenge back on December 27th and realized that others might be interested in it too, so here I am sharing it online.

January is a BUSY month for me, I am spending it in 4 different states, have a lot on my plate, and I am tackling my personal and professional goals. I believe it’s important to set fitness/wellness goals that are attainable yet challenging. It’s great to push yourself and see your progress along the way, but I think it’s also important to have some fun, relax, and be present. I did not want my January challenge to be too stressful, overwhelming, or time-consuming.

BWB Month Challenge:

  • Daily Workout and/or Walk Outside (Try for both, OK to just do 1!)
  • HYDRATE with water, electrolytes, lemon water, etc! (This is very easy for me, I am basically a fish)
  • Take time to read everyday. This month’s book is Business is Personal.
  • Dry January (as the British call it)-No alcohol
  • Create content (photo, written, video, podcast) at least once a week
  • Eat clean 80/20 Rule! (80% clean but okay to treat yourself 20%)
  • Check-in with family and friends at least once a week
  • Self-care at home: Face mask, teeth whitening, dry brush, etc at least once a week
  • No Spend Challenge: No shopping for items other than necessities, matcha lattes and road trip stops are excluded from this rule
