Hate on her all you want, but animals run to her, strangers tell her stories, people feel safe around her, and if I have learned anything, it’s that energy doesn’t lie.

They say animals gravitate toward people they trust. People open up when they feel safe. Even flowers seem to respond by subtly shifting their energy when they’re noticed and admired. Those who understand this quiet language of connection are my kind of people.
If you recognize yourself here, you’ve probably felt the friction of moving through a world that doesn’t always value this softness. Some people keep their emotions guarded, prioritizing what they want over how others feel. They take more than they give. If you lead with sincerity and care, it can leave you feeling out of place, like you’re navigating a place that rewards distance over depth.
There’s truth in the way you move through the world. Research shows that even a simple pause to admire flowers can spark an immediate lift in mood-a small, scientific reminder that connection, in all its forms, matters.
If you feel deeply, notice beauty, and choose kindness anyway, you’re not lost-you’re aligned with something real.
If you feel distant from what I am mentioning here, it doesn’t have to stay this way forever. Start to intentionally give more, listen more, and notice more. Life around you has messages if you are open to receiving them.
