Love Your Tribe

Part One: Love My Tribe ⛺️ #wearyourstory a three part series in collaboration with @tjazelle ☀️🏔👣❤️

I’d be lying if I said the past few years have been smooth sailing for my tribe. When I say my tribe, I am referring to my family. Rather than discuss this, I am going to share how I’m truly blessed with two really rad younger brothers named Grant and Eric.

Grant and I are only two years apart. He is funny and spends much of his time fishing. He is also very handy and can fix many problems that arise in the house. We bond over crowd surfing at Blink 182! concerts, and our love for warm weather, Disney world, and the same tv shows.

Eric and I are eight years apart, and I’m convinced he is a super genius. He loves learning and a good adrenaline rush, and I really admire that about him. We both love outdoor adventures and I look forward to going on more with him.

I enjoy being the big sister to brothers; there is little drama compared to what I bet having sisters is like. Yes, we definitely bicker at times but at the end of the day, they make me laugh and have my back. We have been through a lot together, and I think it makes our relationship stronger. To be honest, we’re extremely witty kids… I think we should have a tv show… For now, my ig stories will have to do.

My thought of the day is this- your tribe is a blessing. ❤️ The reverse of this necklace says “love my tribe”  and it is a great reminder to take with me everywhere I go. No matter where I am, I know my little tribe has my back. Spend time with your family. Remember that just as you are getting older, so are they. Cherish the time you have together now. Who is in your tribe?
