In order to write copy, it is important to:
•Brainstorm and establish your audience: Who are you talking to? What tone do you want to use? How will it resonate? What emotions are you encouraging?
•Use your audience to develop your brand voice.
•Include important information first so that your reader becomes hooked and the message gets across.
•Write like you are in a conversation. Your message will be read, sometimes aloud, by your audience. Does it read clearly? Does your message get across in your text?
•Include a CLEAR call to action. What do you want the reader to do after they are done reading?

In terms of tools, there are various AI writers out there to give you a great starting point for your captions and copy. These can help spark an idea for how you want to word your writing.
I also recommend having a friend or family member read your writing aloud and review it. Ask your reader: Does it read well and can you tell what the message is easily and clearly?

After you have what you want to say written down, make the copy visually appealing. There are many ways to do so from colors to format. I highly recommend not having one word on a line by itself. Another tip is to use your brand fonts and colors to create infographics and attention grabbing images.
