Arctic Zero Light Ice Cream Review!

You’ve asked for it and it is here! I am so excited to partner with Arctic Zero and to share about Arctic Zero’s new light ice cream line. As someone who is very into health, nutrition, and fitness, I am always on the hunt for fun finds. I also REALLY enjoy ice cream, so this product allows the best of both worlds- a low calorie, light alternative…that is DELICIOUS.

The new light ice cream line features 7 new flavors and I am here to tell you all about them as well as which ones are my personal favorite!

First and foremost, let’s dive into the debate of Light Ice Cream vs. Regular Ice Cream. What is the difference?

One serving of Arctic Zeros light ice cream is lower in calories, net carbs, and sugar than one serving of regular ice cream. The serving size of Arctic Zero is 1/2 cup, which is pretty standard for ice cream. This means that you can enjoy more of Arctic Zero for less carbs, sugar, and calories!

Now let’s talk about texture, consistency, and overall taste. “What is the catch,” you might be asking yourself. NO JOKE… Arctic Zero’s light ice cream line tastes like real ice cream. It is thick in consistency and you do not need to let it thaw out. The flavor is rich and the taste is great. As someone who has had various light ice cream alternatives, I typically notice an aftertaste or an icy consistency… this is not the case with Arctic Zero.
