First and foremost, let’s dive into the debate of Light Ice Cream vs. Regular Ice Cream. What is the difference?

One serving of Arctic Zeros light ice cream is lower in calories, net carbs, and sugar than one serving of regular ice cream. The serving size of Arctic Zero is 1/2 cup, which is pretty standard for ice cream. This means that you can enjoy more of Arctic Zero for less carbs, sugar, and calories!

Now let’s talk about texture, consistency, and overall taste. “What is the catch,” you might be asking yourself. NO JOKE… Arctic Zero’s light ice cream line tastes like real ice cream. It is thick in consistency and you do not need to let it thaw out. The flavor is rich and the taste is great. As someone who has had various light ice cream alternatives, I typically notice an aftertaste or an icy consistency… this is not the case with Arctic Zero.

Let’s dive into the fun part- the FLAVAS!

Cookies & Cream: If you enjoy cookies and cream ice cream, this flavor is for you. Thick in consistency with nice amounts of cookie crunch! 90 Calories and 2.5 g of Fat per serving.

Chocolate Chunk: My personal FAVORITE. This one is so delicious! Chocolate ice cream and dark chocolate chunks… does it get any better? At 80 calories and 2g of fat, I do not think so!

Peanut Butter & Cookies: If you are peanut butter fan, definitely give this one a try! Personally, I like peanut butter but not typically in my ice cream… At 90 calories and 2.5 g of fat per serving, it is worth a try!

Mint & Chocolate Cookies: Boy, did I finish this one fast! I love mint chocolate chip ice cream, so personally this flavor was one of my favorites. 90 calories and 2.5g of fat per serving…delicious and low cal! Plus the dark chocolate chunks are YUMMM

Vanilla Bean: For all my vanilla ice cream lovers, this one is for you. Thick and creamy like a nice vanilla ice cream, this flavor is a great choice for you! This flavor is also the lowest in calories at 280 per pint! Great for those days when you want to crush an entire pint of ice cream… we all have them.

Cookie & Brownie Dough: If you are a cookie dough ice cream fan, this one is for you! There are plenty of cookie and brownie bits in this delicious and thick vanilla ice cream. At 80 calories and 1.5 g of fat per serving… its a win win!

Toffee Crunch: This flavor is particularly sweet. It is perfect if you like the consistency of a sweet toffee treat. Only 90 calories per serving and 2g of fat per serving.

If you are an ice cream lover and looking for a lower calorie alternative, I highly recommend checking out their new line. Arctic Zero light ice cream is a fun sweet treat that allows you to have your favorite ice cream flavor all summer long. You do not need to sacrifice your love for ice cream for the beach bod after all. 😉
