The weather becomes colder, the sun sets earlier, and for many of us, SAD kicks in. For those of you who do not know, SAD stands for Seasonal Affective Disorder. If you suffer from SAD, the weather truly affects your mood. As a NJ native, I suffer from SAD during the cold, dark winter months when the sun says goodbye by 5 PM every day. The eerie white skies often have a negative impact on my mood. This year, I put together a great Winter Bucket List! When you are feeling down, maybe try one of the items listed below. Keeping busy truly helps me during these dark, cold months and maybe it will help you too!
