At-Home Workout Series Pt.1

After posting this obnoxious mirror selfie on my IG stories, I received quite a few messages regarding my workout routine, eating habits, etc. I strive to provide value, so I want to share a few fitness-related posts for you ladies. While the term “bikini-ready” seems to be frowned upon, many of us want to feel confident in our skin during the summer months. I personally do not see anything wrong with wanting to push ourselves to work out more and eat healthier.

In April, I finally made the decision to cancel my gym membership. In addition to the unwelcoming atmosphere, the creepy men made the overall experience miserable. I dreaded going to the gym. Working out should be a fun challenge, not a stressful time spent dodging old dudes. Since then, I have been working out at home. The weather has been nice, and I enjoy outdoor cardio more anyways. My at-home workouts require little to no equipment and I have seen tremendous results. I also save SO MUCH TIME by not driving to the gym, setting up a locker, getting ready, etc. I feel like this system is much more efficient, especially for someone like me who is always on the go!

I have a strong passion for fitness and health, and I have spent years researching and learning more. I decided to launch an At-Home Workout Series where I will show you guys tips and tricks and information that has helped me along my fitness journey.

To kick this off, I am sharing a few FULL BODY at-home workout videos: (I am not affiliated with these videos)

These two are great full body workouts to start with. Give them a try and have water ready. Full body workouts are necessary to tone. A strong core does not just come from ab workouts. This is a very important note and common misconception.

This Workout Series will consist of these parts:

  • Some of my favorite YouTube workouts
  • My own personal at-home work out schedule
  • Abs, Arms, Full Body and Booty/Leg workouts created and used by yours truly
  • How to have fun with cardio
  • My Workout Playlist to get you pumped up
  • Dieting secrets: how I can have ice cream, pizza, bagels, and more without any worry

Hopefully, you found this part one useful.

I look forward to sharing more tips and tricks with you. As always, my inbox is always open if you have any questions.
