3 Effective at Home Workouts

Just because we are stuck home, does not mean that we can not get a good workout in! Today, I am sharing 3 of my favorite at home workouts that I have found very effective!

  1. 10 Minute Ageless Arms by Rebecca Louise I love this workout because it is brief but oh so effective. If you have more time on your hands, the video will automatically prompt you to start another. Today, I did four Rebecca Louise videos! Definitely not a bad thing to get wrapped up in! 🙂
  2. 20 Min Full Body Workout This at home workout is a great workout for the entire body in only 20 minutes!
  3. Quick Yoga Flow With anxiety high right now, it might be a good idea to take some time for self-care. Yoga is a great way to relax the mind while activating the body. This yoga flow is only 15 minutes long, and really helps to free the mind and stretch the body.
