21 Day Gratitude Challenge

My friend Gina and I are hosting a Gratitude Challenge!

Gratitude is a skill. For a few years now, I have been practicing gratitude daily. This means that I express what I am grateful for every single morning. It is a great way to start the day and has really helped establish a positive mindset. Especially now, it is important to take care of our mental and physical health. Gratitude has definitely helped me. I am not expert; however I hope this challenge helps you express gratitude and be thankful for all the good things in life.

Here are a few videos to sum up the challenge:

For the next 21 days, print and complete the below prompt. They say 21 days is the length of time required to start a habit. Let’s get into the habit of expressing gratitude daily! Gina and I will be checking in on you throughout this challenge, we are so excited to complete this with you!

  1. […] Set your alarm, make your bed, list 5 things you are grateful for, and start your day! I am a believer that daily gratitude lists can really help to put you in a positive mindset as well as a proactive state. When you check your phone in the morning, you are immediately putting your mind in a reactive state. You may find yourself answering emails and text messages, rather than getting started on your day and your plans for the day.
