Swimsuit season is around the corner, and yours truly wants to ensure I am getting the nutrients I need to look and feel my best. Lately, I have been having delicious and filling morning smoothies full of supplements and fruits and veggies! The smoothie is easy to make and keeps me full until lunch!

-Frozen Fruit (I prefer dragonfruit, blueberries, and a DOLE frozen fruit/veggie mix)

-Unsweetened Almond Milk

-Organic Inulin Powder

-Vega Chocolate Protein Powder

-Collagen Peptides

-Ice/Water
