Over the years, I’ve had the chance to interview entrepreneurs from all different industries, and despite their different paths, three lessons come up again and again:

1. Everyone starts somewhere. The people you admire today were once beginners too.

2. Confidence comes after action. Most people don’t feel confident before they start, but they build confidence by showing up anyway.

3. Consistency beats perfection every time. The people who make progress aren’t always the most talented. They’re the ones who keep going.

The “perfect” time rarely arrives… so:

Start the project.
Launch the idea.
Send the email.
Take the first step.
