Yesterday, I had the pleasure of taking over BRABAR’s Instagram account (@brabar.us). I filmed a few video clips throughout the day, and took the viewers through a fun outdoor workout. For those of you who are new to BRABAR, it is a company that makes super comfy and cute sports bras for girls ages preteen through adult. Yours truly was a model for BRABAR back in the summer. After being introduced to the brand, I fell in love with their sports bras. The styles vary from daily wear with lace detail to active sports bras. Let’s dive right into it: I started off with a nice little intro in my car.
Then, I proceeded to share some brief info about day to day life. I wake up at 6/6:30 AM on my own everyday. No alarm clock necessary. Yes I am one of those annoying morning people. You know, the ones who spring out of bed, make a gratitude list and make their bed before preparing a large nice breakfast and coffee +collagen for myself.
I am super creative and motivated in the morning. I like to get majority of my work done before 11:00 AM. I know that sounds crazy, but it is true! I love a good early start, while the rest of the world is slowly waking up.
After returning back from my errands, I decided to channel my inner meteorologist and discuss the weather (lol). It was time for a good workout.
I prefer to workout around 11:00 AM, and complete my workout by lunchtime. This way, I can refuel with lunch and relax before tackling the rest of my day.
