Creating a Media Kit

On the Branding with Becks podcast, we discuss creating a media kit.

Let’s get started: What is a media kit?

For a content creator or social media influencer, media kits are a way to showcase credibility, information, and experience. They sum up information on the influencer and  include collaboration options.

Why create a media kit?

Influencers, bloggers and content creators make media kits to share their information with a brand and to discuss potential collaboration. It is a professional way to share more information, similar to a resume for a job application.

What to include in a media kit?

What are some tips to make my media kit stand out?

In my opinion, it is important to use fonts, color schemes, and photographs that showcase your personal brand. I try to switch up my photos to keep them recent and to use pictures that showcase my photography as well as content creation. I also try to update the statistics and information as often as possible.
