As someone who strives to live an active healthy lifestyle, I have become more conscious of what I use and consume. Recently, I began researching my daily products. I realized that make up and sunscreen can contain some harsh chemicals! There are also some studies that recently came out tying sunscreen to cancer and showing how some make up products contain nasty ingredients. In an effort to live a cleaner lifestyle, I am making some product swaps.
