After the template featured in a previous blog post gained some serious traction, I decided this follow post was very necessary! While I firmly believe things will be better very soon, we are still in a time where self care is so important. Save these templates to your phone, print them, or send to a friend to check in on your emotions. While I am not an expert, I want to share these in hope that they will help others too.
